We will close on Friday 20th December at 12pm and reopen Monday 6th January 2025 at 8am.
As we approach the end of 2024, please note that consents & inspections are in high demand and will be subject to delays.
Please organize your inspections ahead of time, with at least a week’s notice, so your site can avoid potential delays caused by increased demand. Please be aware same-day and next-day inspection bookings are unlikely to occur during this period, so plan ahead.
If you wish to lodge a building consent with us to ensure it is potentially issued by the end of 2024, please make sure your application is lodged with PBC prior to Friday 15th November 2024. Due to the Auckland Council statutory clocks stopping over the Christmas period, we cannot guarantee the consents completion before our holiday shutdown for consents applied for after this date.
Our inspection booking app is now live & ready to use!
