When you engage with us as a client, potential client (or as an employee of one) or a potential employee, the personal information we may collect includes:

1. Accept, lodge and process applications for building consents and code compliance certificates;
2. Attend to inspections required during construction (inspection bookings)
3. Communicate the results and outcomes of requested construction inspections;

5. for promotional and marketing purposes, including for providing client testimonials where you have given us your consent to do so;
6. to improve or update our services or business;
7. for internal purposes (such as staff training);
8. to contact you in relation to any enquiries you make;
9. to confirm or update your contact details.

Provision of some information may be optional. If you choose not to provide us information as may be required as part of your application, we may be unable to complete acceptance of your application.

1. Auckland Council and any other local authority required to enable them to process your building consent and Code Compliance Certificate application/s.
